Perilous actions or activities are not permanent solution to tackle stress. Avoiding what is unacceptable is comfort to those that have value and appreciate life. To be at your best when facing stress, you must consider others in your plans and actions. Don’t ever think you are alone living it all by yourself. The world has people and people make the world what it is. Your action and attitude affect others either directly or indirectly, but nobody is the world. Believing that perilous attitude or action is the solution to strenuous circumstance is only a mirage. Don’t be the person to embrace perilous actions, once is unacceptable avoid it mostly when challenged. Its wisdom and humane to avoid things that are unaccepted, during stressful situation you continuously consider perilous action when you conceive what is negative. You naturally dwell on the perilous things, because your minds maybe sway to it, like this the best way out. It’s only a mirage, success that are not sustainable are not real success. Perilous attitude is dangerous and unacceptable, it may appear rosy but not in the long term. It accumulates to a bigger stress. Negative imagination can’t create positive solutions. Don’t resolve to go wild because you got tension. Don’t resolve to violent because you have challenges. Don’t resolve to hatred because you are facing tough times. Don’t assume humiliated because your challenges are proving tough. You have to keep being positive and embrace things that are acceptable. Tough times don’t last, but tough people do. Avoid things that could compound your stress why seeking temporal solution, rather seek permanent solution through positive thinking and change of attitude or approach. Your thought is the core. What you do and how you behave are all products of how you think. You cannot think differently and behave differently. There is need to build resilience in the things you allow to go into your subconscious mind. Subdue all negative imagination and that which is unacceptable. Take charge of yourself through your thought. Build a life that benefits others and yourself, a life that will definitely bring you peace. CHANGE WHAT IS POSSIBLE

ACCEPT WHAT IS UNCHANGEABLE


In human there is nothing that is unchangeable, except their past. Looking back is a waste of energy, thinking about lost opportunity is setback. Every mist opportunity of yesterday is gone, and gone forever. No matter the wisdom of today, yesterday remains unchanged, they have never been anyone trying to change yesterday that succeeded. Everything that had happened in the past until this very moment is unchangeable. Its history, looking back and wishing is useless. The past consist of so many junks that the future will never need. If any past has anything to do with the future it will naturally find its way to it. Each time you make mistake, you fall below state, which creates worries or stress. To subdue the stress, you need to first, subdue the thought that creates the stress. Mistakes make people to lose confident in themselves, frequently making mistake leads to failure. It’s good to make mistake; because you learn from it, but is bad to repeatedly make mistakes. Scale away the thing that borders you. Whatever it is; if you don’t stop thinking it, you will not stop having it. You call failure, by frequent thought of failure and self doubt. Don’t allow situation to enslave your thought, it leads people to failure. Past hurt or pains are things you need not reverse, just know it’s unchangeable if it has happened. You can only change the now and future, embrace it and do away with terrible past memories. Stressful situation makes people blame themselves and feel really depress if they keep calling back the past.
