Whenever you are trusted by others, you spend less time to explain and clarify your intentions, which saves time and improves productivity and growth. Confidence grows highest, once the conscience is clear. Integrity builds a clear conscience, which enables trust and good working relationship. If you have integrity you will listen to your conscience, and your conscience often times will lead you right. Conscience is everyone fastest judge, it tells you if something is right or wrong, even before you dare, which does not limit your options, but the choice is yours. Confidence breaks the barriers for competition, hatred and envy in a system. It helps to unify every member of the system to a particular purpose and this attitude makes growth sustainable. When everyone in the system or group believes themselves, it destroys every sense of competition; rather it joins their various ideas together for a better productivity through the wheel of integrity in the system. Though confident often increase by success, but it could build up by integrity and discipline. Confidence is built on the foundation of integrity. Conscience is what builds our integrity and integrity guarantees us freedom. Consider going into a friend apartment, seeing a phone and money on the table, when the friend is not really present. Suddenly he returns and want to make call with his phone; after you have already fastening his phone into yourself. He demands, someone to help dial his phone or maybe the third person among you to dial the phone. You know what that means if you are in possession of those things. That is just simple example of “lack of integrity”. Only integrity makes you consider the well being of others. Integrity makes you put the needs of others forward before yours. Our security and freedom most often don’t depend on the number of people around us or our security guards. Our conscience determines our confident and our confident determine the strength of our faith and believe, which guarantees our security. Freedom begin from the mind, the conscience either makes us free or holds us captive. Like the example,, stealing the phone could secure you something, but remember; those who give up their liberty for security will neither have liberty nor been secured. Many people think you secure the future by stealing; the truth is you neither secure the future nor gain freedom. For prevaricating reasons or reason beyond our control, we undeniably show respect to avoid being dung out of a system or organization. But those kinds of respect we show aren't genuine in such a situation of intense fear. Genuine respect comes when there is something good to learn in the system or something to gain. When the system gives you hope and aspiration to bigger dreams you undoubtedly bow to its objectives. Whenever there is something to gain each time, you are poised to engage. The leaders are teachers, and still very innovative; all that matters to them is to stand out as mentors. These are when genuine respect pops up or emerges. Anyone that is conscious of being honest to others is unconsciously building his integrity. When that, which is really helpful becomes what you desire soon you will be so useful. Integrity is conscience driven, which is why it attracts, respect and trust. Anything that is true is pure and truth attracts light and good things. Respect that is forced on others through; oppression, threat, intimidation or suppressing them to bow at your guts is always temporary. It last not such a long time. But respect that comes from integrity is forever glorious. It only takes a thought of you to make people remember how you make them feel. The world we live today lack many noble characters, men with integrity are rarer than ever, so whenever we found one we respect them for it. Whatever that is scares is valuable that is why we uphold men of great character and integrity. Respect for them is effortless. You do it with all sense of assurance. You are so sure they have the character to uphold those values continuously. Whenever leaders are trustworthy, transparent, ethical, and mindful of their followers needs, their willingness to collaborate with others you respect them naturally. Some leaders take their position or authority for granted. They assume by the virtue of their position they demand respect, instead of living up to the position they resolve to bullying subordinate in quest of respect. Whenever attention is given to you by others, be aware they want to understand you inner desire and character as it reflects on your attitude and actions. If you can’t impress them with your attitude or actions you can’t push them to trust you or emulate you. Each time you do what is expected by majority you naturally draw them to support you. True support and acceptance don’t come from bullying. Every time of the day the wind blows, even the wisest of men knew not its location or destination. The smartest only acclaim or presume. Be upright, honest and sincere to them, they will always be at peace with you. Even when it looks like you are not being accepted, keep the core human values strong.
