We all are capable of great accomplishment, but stress sways us from thinking right. Yet if we consciously avoid negative thoughts or the strenuous situation of yesterday we deliberately position ourselves for success. ACT IN CLEAR CONSCIENCE In every situation, most often in challenging moments there is something in us that judge our actions and activities, which is called conscience. Conscience bears witness to our attitude and judges our actions. In a strenuous condition, conscience is that part of our mind that pop-up in remembrance of our actions or activities which results to that strenuous situation. Often times when people face stress, their memory runs down their previous acts to compi le, judge and accuse them for either good or bad pending on the outcome.
